We had a great experience with Bali Store Luggage. Communication was fantastic from the beginning and they were so easy and friendly to deal with. Everything went smoothly and exactly as arranged, which made things very easy while we were travelling. A really reliable and professional service that we’d happily use again next time we’re in Bali. Really professional service, all communicated in good English over WhatsApp, clear from beginning to end. They collected our bags from our accommodation in Ubud and dropped them off to us in Uluwatu two weeks later - they also let us extend the duration by a day very last minute. We could pay in cash or card and we didn't pay until we got our bags back at the end. A super reasonable price as well - we paid just over 1 million IDR (about AU$80) or 2 weeks of storage which we thought was excellent value. We would happily use Bali Store Luggage again. This company is so quick and efficient and stress free! I had to store my bag in Sanur while travelling to Ubud and Gili and I put the order in via WhatsApp and within 20mins everything was arranged. They send you a confirmation WhatsApp the night before pick up and drop off with drivers details, they collect and drop off at your hotels and you pay when they drop it off. Used them to store a big suitcase we didn't want to drag on and off the boat to Gili Air. Glad we did as the ferry was a fiasco. They picked up our luggage from Ubud, and dropped off to our Hotel in Sanur when we returned, very reasonable price, highly recommend

Ich habe mein Tauchgepäck für meine East Java Tour hier zwischengelagert. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp funktioniert einwandfrei, man bekommt super schnell eine Antwort! Preislich finde ich es auch sehr fair (selbst abgegeben, bei Rückgabe geliefert bekommen; 6 Nächte; 325T). Alle Mitarbeiter mit denen ich Kontakt hatte waren sehr lieb - vielen herzlichen Dank! Es war offensichtlich, dass ich Tauchausrüstung in meiner Tasche habe - alles war vollständig und genauso, wie bei Abgabe.
