This may sound obvious but when you have lost, delayed or damaged luggage you need to report this to the airline before you leave the airport. If you only report this after you have left the airport you will find it difficult for the airline to accept responsibility for this.
When you report this to the airline in Bali you will receive a document. If it is lost or delayed luggage you will get a tracking number. With this tracking number you can then log online and follow the status of your delayed luggage.

When your delayed luggage arrives in Bali the airline will deliver this to your hotel. Make sure you leave your contact details with the lost and found department.
When it does arrive in Bali it will take quite a few hours to reach you as the lost and found department will probably be delivering several other bags to other hotels and you will have to be patient.
