Lost or delayed luggage in Bali.
What can you do, what can you expect.
This may sound obvious but when you have lost, delayed or damaged luggage you need to report this to the airline before you leave the airport. If you only report this after you have left the airport you will find it difficult for the airline to accept responsibility for this.
When you report this to the airline in Bali you will receive a document. If it is lost or delayed luggage you will get a tracking number. With this tracking number you can then log online and follow the status of your delayed luggage.

When your delayed luggage arrives in Bali the airline will deliver this to your hotel. Make sure you leave your contact details with the lost and found department.
When it does arrive in Bali it will take quite a few hours to reach you as the lost and found department will probably be delivering several other bags to other hotels and you will have to be patient.

we had a flight with Batik Air OD158 on the 07AUG from Denpasar to Kuala Lumpur.
Shortly before take off there was a powerbank taken out of our suitcase and I think the luggage didn’t make it into the plane. The luggage with the number OD329170 has not arrived in Kuala Lumpur and is still not in the System of Etihad, to wich it should have been transfered. So I guess the suitcase is still at Denpasar airport!
There is already a Property Irregularity Report under the reference: VIEEY10574
Please help me to find my suitcase and get it back!

Hi, i was departure from Denpasar Bali to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia by flight MH0852 Gate 3 boarding on 1820 dated 2/6/2023, i left my Apurva Kempinski paper bag (black col) with 1 pair of white leather heel shoe and 1 pair of black slipper and some small things inside the paper bag. Hi Bali airport. I flew with Airasia from Bali to Singapore on 11 April 2023 and left my apple watch in the baggage tray in security check gate before duty free shops.

Please find my Big Red Samsonite. I checked in in Hong Kong and left for Kuala Lumpur on the 18th of January, after this I stayed at Aerotel over night, and my information was from 3N persons at malaysian airlines that my bag should be transfered to the flight to Denpasar the next day on the 19th of January.
Bur unfortunately I did not recieve my checked in Bag in Denpasar.

Is there an email for lost luggage? No one answers the phone.
Our bags has been gone for a week now, I’ve tried to call the airport over 300 times. Without any answer, most unprofessional service I’ve ever encountered.
Our entire holiday is ruined because of the lost luggage. Everytime I reach out to the airline, they say it’s going to take max 24h.

While going to Sydney in batik airways via bali the air hostess took my cabin bag by saying that there is no space in the cabins so she directly transfer my bag to Sydney airport it’s about a month I didn’t get my bag there is a lot of my important academics documents in it and also my stuff cost 7000 dollar no one pick phone calls and also there is no reply on emails also most bad experience

We were flying from Qatar QR0960 at 13 December at 03.05 and landed at 17.30 to Bali. Unfortunately, we lost our hand luggage. Strongly believe we lost it when we were leaving airport , we forgot to put in a car. It must be in car park just before leave airport. We rent a car from airport and our car was parking almost at the exit on the left hand side just before road.
Our luggage brand is samsonite. Dark grey cabin luggage. Inside, there is swimming clothes, swimming cap, shoes of my 5 year son. There is also blue swimming suit which is from his school. There is also other clothes of my son and mine, yellow backpack. Thanks

This is to inquire whether you could help me to find my single-shoulder bag which I left behind during the security screen process.
My flight was AirAsia AK379 on 02 October 2019, the time of security screen process was at about 18:00.
The lost bag is a single-shoulder bag for lady with dark blue color. There are several items in the bangalor including glasses, medicines and iphone USB charging wires.
I would be grateful if you could help me to check and send it to Sydney International Airport.

Yes this is Exactly how it worked for us.
Sounds good on the surface but this is Bali so not so sure
My wife’s bag was lost for 3 days. The contact numbers given above rarely work as staff won’t pick up the phone or the phone is constantly busy.
Her bag was located and was supposed to be delivered to us in the night of the second day and I waited up till 1:00am waiting.
After trying and trying with more phone calls we finally were able to speak with a staff member who had our bag delivered on the 3rd day.
Just another example of lazy, Bali people.
