Where do I meet you at the Airport?
Our driver will wait at the International or Domestic Arrivals Hall holding a sign with your name. We will send you a photo of the meeting point via WhatsApp.
Do I need to be at the hotel for pickup?
No! You can leave your bags at the hotel reception (Concierge). Just send us a photo of the luggage tag, and we will handle the rest.
Is my luggage insured during transport?
Yes. Your bags are insured against loss or damage while in our vehicle. We treat every bag like our own.
How far in advance should I book?
