They have a climate controlled space, so your things are not subjected to Bali heat. Extra bonus, these are the most lovely people. Their property is a beautiful serene oasis and they always offer you a cool drink. This last time they even gave me various turmeric juices which they make themselves.Posted on Google

Zishaan Khan16 September 2026We had traveled for a few weeks from Singapore to Bali and we were headed to Gili T and Nusa Penida next. Traveling to the islands with many bags was going to be nightmare. I contacted the Bali Store Luggage (BSL) team via WhatsApp (details on their website). Within minutes we received our quotation for 5 x 150L bags stored for 4 days. They accommodated us and our schedule. We had an early pick up (7am) so we could get from Ubud to Padang Bai for a 9h30 ferry. The team kept me updated via WhatsApp regarding my Luggage. Eventually, they delivered my luggage to my hotel in Uluwatu. I can recommend Bali Store Luggage and their team to safely store your luggage at a very reasonable price while you are traveling around Bali. Then we asked them to deliver our luggages to our final hotel before departing. Very easy process from start to finish, easy communication through WhatsApp (they speak English) and good price plus we had option to pay with card for no extra fees. They collected our bags from our accommodation in Ubud and dropped them off to us in Uluwatu two weeks later - they also let us extend the duration by a day very last minute. We could pay in cash or card and we didn't pay until we got our bags back at the end. A super reasonable price as well - we paid just over 1 million IDR (about AU$80) or 2 weeks of storage which we thought was excellent value. We would happily use Bali Store Luggage again. They send you a confirmation WhatsApp the night before pick up and drop off with drivers details, they collect and drop off at your hotels and you pay when they drop it off. I left a suitcase with my iPad inside, and everything was returned in perfect condition. I stored my luggage for two weeks, and it only cost 360,000 IDR. Not only did each driver greet us with ease and reassurance I was notified by the team over the course of the 5 days about our bags and knew they were in great hands. Plus I was hospitalised so had to change dates and locations and they were really accommodating and patient. Tina Ofner15 June 2026We left our luggage almost two months at Bali Luggage Storage. This team is nothing less than simply amazing. It was so easy to communicate, every team member is totally reliable and incredibly kind. We had our luggage picked up from a driver and delivered back again by a driver to our accommodation in Ubud (only for a very, very little extra fee) which was so convenient and throughout all the process the communication was very transparent and honest. Once we also stopped by there and rearranged our luggage and also that was so easy and worked out perfectly. Our bags themselves are spotless (and we had fragile items in them, so they obviously cared very much). We are so grateful for this amazing service and a more than only fair price! We totally recommend Bali Luggage Storage!!! We will certainly come back on our next travels. Thank you guys.Posted on Google

Kevin M11 May 2026Great Service. We had one bag to store while we took a short trip from Bali to Komodo. We booked their services the day before our trip. They made arrangements for our hotel transfer to DPS, the driver took the bag to their storage, and when we returned 3 days later they picked us up with our bag and took us to our new hotel in Ubud. The price was very reasonable. It was a little higher than if we booked the transfers ourselves but the convenience of not having to take and pickup our bag from storage was well worth it. I was able to pay in cash or by credit card link. The communication from Annie was fast and accurate. I highly recommend their services.Posted on Google

Te hacen descuento por dejar mas equipaje con ellos o si lo dejar por un tiempo mas largo. Te da la posibilidad de pagar con tarjeta también. Nos encantó su coordinación ya que cuando fueron por mi maleta al lugar de destino (aeropuerto) coordinamos también para que me lleven a mi hostel y el valor del trayecto lo agregan al final cuando te hacen entrega de tus pertenencias 🥰.
