Terms of Service (“Terms”)

Your access to and use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These terms apply to all customers, users and others who use the service. By using our services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not use our services.
Bookings can be made by email, WhatsApp or phone call. Luggage will be stored for the duration of the booking. If you wish to extend the storage period then this can be agreed by email.
Full payment is required by the end of the storage period. If the storage is more than one year then an intermediate payment is required every 12 months.
Luggage that has been left unclaimed for more than 3 months after the agreed end of the storage period, or luggage which has not been paid for after a 12 month storage period, may be sold to cover the cost of storage.
Payments need to be made in the local currency.
All luggage needs to be locked upon delivery and stay locked throughout the entire storage period. If you have no locks available then we will provide zip ties with unique serial number. We do not store food, flammable goods and illegal items. We may ask you to open your luggage for inspection. We reserve the right to refuse storage.
We offer an up to USD 400 reimbursement for damage or lost goods. This only applies to visual external damage or loss. If you wish to be covered for damage of goods that are inside your luggage then please allow our team to inspect the contents before accepting storage.
To claim a reimbursement a complaint needs to be made at the time of collecting or delivering luggage. We reserve the right to refuse claims for damage or loss after luggage has been returned to the customer as we have no way to verify the claim.
Insurance is only available for paying customers. We are not responsible for luggage which has not been paid for in accordance with the booking terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
